Strategic Relocation

20 + years ago I decided to move to Utah from Atlanta, GA. The motivation was the proximity of ski resorts to Salt Lake City, which at the time had undervalued real estate. My intuition drove me to throw caution to the wind. I packed up my 2 wheel drive 1994 Toyota Pickup and drove to Utah, pursuing my dream to live out West.

In todays current Geo Political climate Strategic Relocation is of paramount importance. Which is why I’ve started reading the book Strategic Relocation. So far this book is giving me chills as it confirms we’ve intuitively made correct strategic decisions. I believe the universe is looking out for us and if we listen the guidance is there.

We currently own land in Idaho and Utah. Both of these states are top rated in the book Strategic Relocation. The book also specifically mentions Midway, UT as being a favorite location of the authors. They also mention that homes along the river bottoms are vulnerable if the Jordanelle Damn ever fails. It so happens that our lot is located in the foothills of the Wasatch Back, Midway UT. As I write I’m filled with gratitude from the guidance we’ve received so far.
